"Can I give 0 stars"
Can I give 0 stars. Had order to be delivered by 4-6-23. Called last week, no answer, left message no return call. Tried a dozen more times now can’t leave CK or email them. Somebody took my $ so have to go through dispute. Do not use them!!!!

"Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced"
I still do not have a product that is even remotely acceptable to distribute to our tournament participants and it's been two months. I ordered 24 bobble head trophies with overnight shipping on 11/28/22. Three days later on 12/1/22, Marian contacted us to let us know that the box they thought contained bobbleheads was mislabeled and they didn't have enough product to fulfill our order. She offered us a substitution, which I had really no choice but to accept because she waited so long to notify me). She claimed it was a big upgrade from what we originally ordered and she'd waive the price increase, but I checked online and both trophies were the same price.The trophies did not arrive on time, despite paying a fortune for overnight shipping, so I asked for a refund on that and was told very rudely that I couldn't get a refund until after they received their refund from FedEx. After receiving the trophies several weeks later, I discovered the "plates" on the trophies were nothing more than cheap, black stickers that were easily peeled off. This was a HUGE misrepresentation as the website on both products states that they would come with engraved plates. There was even a charge for engraving, a service which we did not receive. To top it all off, despite spelling it correctly when ordering, the word "Golf" was misspelled. So all the trophies said "Gold" tournament. When I called about the plates, I spoke to Marian, who gave me nothing but attitude and excuses. The shipping wasn't her fault, it was FedEx's. The stickers weren't her fault, because the engraving machine was out of service (which I only learned about after receiving the cheap stickers). The misspelling wasn't her fault, it was the warehouse guys. We finally got the engraved plates today, and "Golf" is STILL misspelled as "Gold"! I called again this morning to discuss this and left a voicemail. Later I got an email and call from Marian who informed me that she "doesn't check voicemails" so I had to re explain the issue, which was met with more excuses and a hard "no" when requesting any sort of refund. Each conversation has been increasingly more and more frustrating, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I'm appalled at the sheer amount of excuses I've been given and the blatant refusal to accept any sort of responsibility for the misrepresentations and mistakes that have happened with this order. Needless to say, I'll never be using them again.

"I am missing two awards and cannot…"
I am missing two awards and cannot reach the company. Phone lines are down due to a move they are not responding to email. Unfortunately i had to reach out to the BBB to try to get the awards. I tried to be patient.
They have beautiful stuff but does no good if you don't receive them all!

"Literally non existent customer service"
I ordered a bunch of team photo plaques to give as thank you gifts to our league sponsors. Two of them were damaged in the corner as if they were dropped. It says on the package you have 48 hours to call and report damage or mistakes, so I called right away. The lady on the phone took down the info and said they would be able to replace the two damaged ones, and that I would probably receive an email about the issue, possibly they would ask for pictures of the damage. Weeks later, after hearing nothing, I finally decide to contact them again to find out what is going on. There is only one way to reach their customer service which is by phone- no email address provided. I call the number and it says they are moving warehouses so the number is unavailable for customer service until mid September- a month from now. I find that completely unacceptable. You can't have customer service answering phones just because you are moving? Sounds like a lame excuse. I find it completely unacceptable that you can just shut down your customer service for that long with no way for customers to reach you. I hope they do the right thing and resolve this issue, at this point I should have my money back AND have them replaced for the two broken ones since I was supposed to have them in July and probably won't even be able to get any answers til at least mid September. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews as I find you can usually work it out with the company, but being that they have cut off contact I guess this is the only way to make our issues known. We are a small non profit rural little league organization, hope this company is proud for ripping off volunteers like us who are trying to do something nice for the community.

"Scammers"
I placed an order costing $215.00 and could not get anyone to update me on my order. I called several times and got the same looped automated response...no one ever picked up the phone.

"Never order anything from this company!"
The worst experience I've ever had with a company. I ordered 12 trophies online for my soccer teams end of year party and I put in that I need them by 11/3 in order to pass them out to the team at our end of season party on 11/6. On 11/3 I called and a lady called me back and said she would contact the warehouse and call me back. She never called back. On 11/4 I called once again and she called me back to let me know she will reach out to the warehouse once again. Well, she never called back again. I called on 11/5 and she said that they were being shipped out for Saturday delivery and I would have a tracking number by that night. Well, never got a tracking number and never received the trophies. I had to address my team of 8/9 year old's and tell them that my trophies never came. After several more calls its now 11/10 and they won't even call me back. Just terrible.
